Privacy Policy

• Account information — your email address and (optionally) your name when you create an account.
• Resume content — the CV text, LinkedIn details, target role, and job description you choose to submit.
• Generated output — the optimized resume, cover letter, and feedback we produce for you.
• Payment data — handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We never see or store your card details.
• Usage data — basic logs (pages visited, errors, approximate location from IP) to keep the service reliable.

• To generate your optimized resume and cover letter.
• To let you sign in, save your history, and download your documents.
• To process payments and grant access to unlocks you purchase.
• To improve product reliability, fix bugs, and prevent abuse.
• To send essential account emails (verification, password reset, receipts).

We do not sell your data and we do not use your resume content to train third-party AI models.

When you submit a CV or job description, we send it to our AI processing provider for the sole purpose of generating your result. The content is processed in memory and the result is stored in your account so you can return to it later. You can delete any resume from your dashboard at any time.

Payments are processed by Stripe. When you check out, Stripe collects the information needed to complete the transaction. We only receive a confirmation that the payment succeeded and the plan you purchased. Refunds are handled per our Terms of Service.

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your session. We may use lightweight, privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the product is used in aggregate. We do not use advertising trackers.

• Email infrastructure — used to deliver account and transactional emails.

Each provider only receives the information needed to perform its function.

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Access to our infrastructure is restricted and audited. No system is perfect, but we follow industry best practices to protect your information.

• Access the data we hold about you.
• Correct or update your account information.
• Delete your account and associated resumes.
• Export your generated documents (PDF / DOCX).
• Withdraw consent for non-essential processing.

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. We will remove your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain records for legal or accounting purposes.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in the app before they take effect.
