Terms of Service

Riselys helps you produce a stronger, recruiter-ready resume and cover letter using AI. We optimize the content you provide — we do not write fictional experience for you.

• You are responsible for the activity on your account.
• Keep your password secure and use a real email address you can access.
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

You agree not to:

• Submit content that is illegal, infringing, or violates someone else's rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload the service.
• Use the service to generate fraudulent or deceptive credentials.
• Resell or redistribute the service without our written permission.

• Paid plans grant a specific number of resume unlocks, as described at checkout.
• All prices are shown in EUR and processed securely via Stripe.
• If something goes wrong on our end — for example a generation fails and an unlock is consumed without a usable result — contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right (refund or replacement unlock).
• Because the service delivers digital output immediately, refunds are not available for consumed unlocks outside of the situation above.

Riselys uses AI to generate suggestions. You should review and edit any output before sending it to a real employer. AI can make mistakes, miss context, or produce phrasing that needs refinement. You are responsible for the final content you submit to employers.

We work hard to help you present yourself in the best possible light, but we cannot guarantee interviews, offers, or employment. Hiring decisions depend on many factors outside our control.

• You retain ownership of the content you submit and of the optimized resume we generate for you.
• Riselys retains ownership of the platform, branding, code, and templates.
• You may use your generated resume freely for job applications and personal career use.

We aim for reliable uptime, but the service is provided “as is”. We may perform maintenance, update features, or temporarily limit access without prior notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Riselys is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, or attempt to harm other users.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. For material changes we'll notify you by email or in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
